Alright here's another question for you guys, what could a K&N Filter do for my car? (I have an '05 Dodge Stratus R/T)

if your looking for more power, yes. the k&n is washable and reuseable, flows better, less restictive, and so on. if your planning to keep it stock, not worth it.
