Default '00 2.4L Transmission running unsmoothly

Hi:

I am new to this forum but my question may be not. My '00 Stratus sedan has 68k some miles on it and recently it starts go wierd when the gear changes from low to high(4-speed automatic). It's feels like a vibration before moving up to higher gear. It used to be random but now it persists constantly. Is this a regular issue of Dodge transmission? How do you fix it? What would be the cost?

Thank you,
Charlie

make sure you have enough fluids in it. Mine had a leak in it. And it was shifting hard. That might be whats couseing it. But i dont think its the millage couse i have 02 stratus sedan 2.4 liter engine with 137k miles on it. Or maybe a band or something broke in it.
