Default 1996 cirrus lxi trouble codes

I own a 1996 Chrysler Cirrus that has 180k miles on it and I have some questions on some Engine codes (1) P0320 Says "no crank refrence @ pcm, (2) P0134 upstream 02s (1/1) stays @ center. also have ABS code (79) cab malfunction. Transmision code (74) calculated oil temp in use. ???? how can I fix or adrress these problems. Any help would be very appreciated.

If your car won't start, clean the oil out of the crank sensor connector & try it (Valve cover leaks right on that connector)
If it still wont start replace the crank sensor
replace the O2 sensor
ABS code erace .... if it comes back you'll need to replace the CAB
Trans code, erace. if it returns that code does not turn a light on or cause it to go into limp-in but you might want to get the trans cooler backflushed
let me know if this helped

the car runs but once in a while it will stall. Where is the "Crank sensor", where is the o2 upstream sensor, and what is a cab. I am about to change the transmision fluid and back flush the transmision cooler. thanks for you help.

If you remove the O2 sensor sometimes you have to change the exhaust line

Do it as your own risk

With a flashlight look under the hood behind the transmission where it's bolted to the engine. you'll see the sensor it's a 3 wire round sensor held in place by one 1 10MM bolt. On the Transmission.
The Upstream O2 is located in the exhaust BEFORE the cat, I think it's in the front downpipe
CAB= Controller, Anti-lock Brakes...... That sounds expencive!!!
