Rams for my 97 Dodge Stratus. Winter Tries

Hello it's winter time here in Canada so that means it's time for winter tries. So someone give me some winter tires off their old van the size is P215/70R15 97Q M+S Ok the size tires my car takes is 195/70 R14 90s, P195/65 R15 89s, and P195/65 R15 89H. So while I can guess the tires won't fit my currant rams I wanted to know could I go get some rams that fit the winter tires and put them onto the car? Not to sure the blot holes would line up with rams that size. Thank you for your time.
