Jet Power Control Unit 96 Dodge Stratus

I was wondering what everybody or anybody knows about this part. Is it worth the 200 dollars? If you know any reviews let me know. Thanks alot for all of your time. I asked a question before about shifting points on it. I still havnt heard anything. The summit catolog says it can adjust transmission shifting points but, I'd like to know. Thanks alot.
