Default '98 Stratus electric problems..

a friend has a '98 Stratus and a couple of weeks ago she had a problem with her radio losing power, her power locks not working, and her dome light was malfunctioning. Her brother changed a blown fuse, but I noticed the other day that she had the brake light out on the driver side. Today I replaced that bulb that had blown, then check the lights, and that one is now not lighting, and the middle one on the trunk lid blew after I changed the bulb on the driver side. Does it sound like there's a short in the wires back in the trunk? Also, the fuse that her brother replaced, are the brake lights on that same circuit? Thanks
