Default 96 stratus stalling!

I have a 96 stratus and I have a stalling problem. soon as my car gets going for about 15 mins of driving it will stall right on the highway. But as soon as I get over to the sholder and wait about 60 sec. then it will start up again. but on my way back from the 15 min. drive then it will stall a few more times every few blocks. When it is stalled then the oil light will come on. I would appreciate any information about what could be wrong. There was a few different things that people have told me. like the coolant temp sensor. I put a new one in and it is still saying that something is wrong with that on the analysis. Then another friend told me there could be a possiblity of water in my tank or in fuel filter. Please let me know if you know anything. thank you.
