My 03 stratus has been giving me some problems. The car has recently started to buck or pulse when the car is rev'd to 2.5 - 3 RPM. one of my guesses is a sensor, givin that this problem some times comes and goes. a few times the car had a hard time turning over. it struggles for a min but eventually turns over.
