Changed Battery, now NO radio!!

I changed a dead battery in my 2001 Stratus, now I have no radio! The equalizers are blinking 'Bright, dim, off, bright, dim, off, bright, dim, off.......' Any idea. Fuses are OK, and I tried pulling the neg off waiting 20 sec. and putting back on to try to reset the computer.[:@] Im stuck, there has to be a simple way to reset the radio!!! Thanks
