I used to work for Precision Race Services (LINK HERE) last year....when they were building all of the Comp Coupes elec systems. We assembled the panels, and also...we had to modify the factory Viper harness to make it work in the comp coupe....mostly just cutting out non-required things (turn signals, radio, etc).
I also did all of the work on the Turbo Toys SRT-4 Stage 1 or 2 (don't remember) kit. I made all of the harness for that. (thats one of the reasons i quit....b/c they basicly had me doing "assembly line" work...and i was getting really bored with doing the same thing over and over.)

I can sympathize brother, I cannot imagine doing that day in and day out. I just finished putting a 1.6L injected into my old Sammy, that was Carb'd and I wanted to use all of the Tracker set up I could. I was told I would have to splice in the Sammy harness with the tracker harness meaning bothe would be left in the truck(F@#$ that, I made it work) I managed to mod the Ignition mount and Multifunction switch enough to mount them on the Sammy Column and only had to cut in for the tails,(I used LED's) everything else was tracker. It was alot of fun until we got it to the point we knew it would work. I toyed with the idea of just rewiring the entire truck with a homemade harness, but it might be used on road so I have to behave!!!!

Cool, looks great. I'm assuming you had nothing to do with the SRT-10's center console then? I hate the cheapness of it. For nearly 100K, you should get top of the line equipment.
Nope nothin to do with the SRT-10. Also let me re-phrase....i built the elctrical part of it (all the switches, etc) not the plastic molding or anything. The switches in the Comp Coupe are top of the line Military grade switches! Each switch costs approximately $20.
You should have seen the harnesses that go into an SRT-10....they look very un-profesional. The harness in the SRT-10 are just regular production car grade!
