I sat on a jury in a $96 million dollar nursing home civil suit a couple of years ago.......The lawyer that tries to BS the jury the least is the one who wins, since it is not a criminal (emotional based) case.......

it doesn't make sense why it would break. the only way is this guy was dumb. i thought many vipers got fixed up with lots more hp and tq and still kept the same rear end? i have never heard of any viper having differential probs. i think he's a really bad driver or broke it on purpose.....
