Default 2000 Ram transfer case 241 dld

Bargeman quick question. On 241 dld transfer case the tag assy# theres two letters at the end. Mines AB and 2001 says AC. Do you know what it means.

Patrick,
It's basically an assembly number, or, in-house part number. It allows the manufacturer to track changes made over the years. For all intents and purposes, it's still a 241DLD though. There may not even BE any changes, aside from year of manufacture....

The case should bolt right up in to your truck, and work just fine.

Thanks to Hey You for the info
