Mine has the 4.10 gear and i love it. I pull a 1500 gallon water tank for my brother to refill his pool and have no problem. I had herd of the v-10 having problems but none with mine. When i put on my k&n cai i had never herd one that loud--but i love it.

Any idea of how many members are in the v-10 club?

Well I got the 4.10's in the gear boxes and so far I am impressed! I had Yukon's and Yukon Master kits installed. The engine sounds a lot better and the power difference is great. Can't wait for the 500 mile break in period to be over with so I can hook the trailers.....lol

You should notice a good difference. I use to pull a 20x8.5 enclosed car hauler with 6 atvs allover North Carolina and Virginia with no problem.

Still waiting to try the pullin until the gears have a chance to wear in. Might hook up next week if I can get 500 miles on it by then.

Whats up all. Checking in with the v-10 from NY. Quick story is a 2001 2500 extended cab v10 with 116000 miles on it. picked it up for 3500. Just replacing upper ball joint on pass side at this point. Will try to get pics when it is warmer out.
