Default retractable bed cover

I'm thinking about buying a retractable bed cover for my truck (an 03 Ram, reg cab, long bed). Can anyone recommend for or against any of the retractable covers on the market?

The two dealers I've spoken to (two different TrickTrucks stores in my area) both push the RollNLock - but I don't know if that's because they're selling it. I don't really like the vinyl top on that brand. The RollBak and the Truck Covers products both look good to me but I haven't actually seen the products, just the websites.

Would appreciate feedback from anyone with experience with any of these (or other) retractable covers.

Thanks,
Curt

Default RE: retractable bed cover

I sell tonneau covers.

RollNLock and Retrax are good products. I don't particularly like BAK products. Some folks like Pace Edwards retractables (Jack Rabbit and Full Metal Jacket), but I hear of some having problems with them after a while.

RollNLock is vinyl covered aluminum. The only risk is thatsomeone could cut thevinyl, although they could not penetrate the aluminum. Retrax is made of Lexan, a materialoften used in the airline industry. The roll up cannister is a little larger than RollNLock's cannister. Again, both RollNLock and Retrax aregood and they are about the same price, you'll be happy with either. Let me know if you have any questions.
