diagnostics codes

I have a 2001 durango rt and i hade a diagnostics test ran but no answers just codes the codes ar p1385, p1765, p0753, p1491 if anybody knows please help Thanks sooo much

hi there i have the innova 0303 ob2 code reader and the code read in my book as follows.
p0753 shift dolenoid a electrical unfortunatly thats the only one i can find in my book

P1385 - sorry no information about :-(

P1765 - Trans. 12V Supply Relay CTRL Circ.

P0753 - Trans. 3-4 Shift Sol. / Trans. Relais Circs.

P1491 - Radiator Fan Ctrl. Relay Circ.
