I have a recently aquired 94 Dakota and one of the plastic headlights was destroyed and the other was fogged over, so I went to a wrecking yard and got the parts to make it back to sealed beam.

My problem is on high beam I have 12.5 volts and on lo beam I only have 8 volts at the headlight.

I installed a NEW dimmer/wiper switch and still had the problem.

I made a seperate ground wire for each headlight and still have the problem.

Any ideas?
