OK. What sensor would kill the power to the fuel pump, or would the pcm control the power?

I found the diagram I was looking for. this should be a pic of your power distribution center under the hood. If not, tell me so.
With the key on check for voltage at slot #30(green) in the PDC with relay removed.
To send voltage back to the fuel pump you can place a wire in the terminal #87(yellow) and momentarialy touch the other end of the wire to a 12 volt source.

Checked the connector at the bottom of the fender and found the power was making it that far but wasn't getting to the pump. Spliced a new wire into the hareness from that point back to the pump and so far it's working.[sm=yeahsmile.gif]
