Hi guy/girls, I'm still having problems with the evap system on my 03 HEMI quad cab. It has now been serviced 5 times since my other post in febuary. 1)gas cap replaced; 2)reset code no problem found; 3)new service manager, reset code; 4)replaced solenoid; 5)replaced charcoal can. Now I'm going on #6 with a code of P-0441 "purge flow incorrect". I have no idea what the F--- is going on with this truck?? Anyone have any advice? and seeing as I have other 15,000 miles it doesn't meet the lemon law, figures!
Any help would be appreciated!

I hate these damn fed evap regulations. Don't really have any advise other than try to be patient, beleive me the tech working on your rig is a frusturated as you. If the tree-huggers would just go the hell away we wouldn't have nearly as many issues. Sorry about your truck[:@]
Look REAL CLOSE at the hoses at the canisters Those DAMN things crack and leak
When you fill your tank, do you put in as much fuel as you can ??? overfilling causes problems

I have seen this problem many times and it always comes back to the NVLD pump. Natural Vacuum Leak Detection pump.
