I thoink a lot of this is just hard braking. Rotors will warp in time, its a heat cool factor or expansion and contraction. So go easy on the brakes and it should subside. I drove my 06 R/T off the showroom floor and with 64k on it, it is only starting to show signs of rotor warping. So given that, there got to be more to this than ventilation or vented rotors - its just hard braking. So guys ease up on the brakes a bit
