IMO it's far easier to go to the junk yard find a car with windows/locks and buy the door panels with switches, power window regulator, door locks .. we bought all those parts for $100

i have aftermarket power windows and locks both controlled by my viper 791
the windows dont work as great as i had hoped because they are cheap.
jegs has some good quality parts designed for the car which is much better then the universal kit i have, but it does require more installation. i did not do my installation i had it done professionally.

Im getting power locks and a viper 5900 alarm system (hopefully if they have it)on my truck next month. ICE Truck Works of Waukee, IA is doing the install and I am only getting charged $100 a door for power locks and another $100 for keyless which will probably go up a good chunk with the viper system. Locks aren't that expensive just call around and get quotes from shops. Windows are the pain in the ***. ICE Truck works won't do the windows and the other custom car shop in Des Moines quoted me $350 a door for power windows, ridiculous... I would rather crank my windows than shell out $700 on power windows. Good exercise
