If it is a fuel efficient compact car that you do ANYTHING to the motor or body to make it cooler, ricer... if that blue neon is yours; sadly my friend you are a ricer.

 

not too sure ... i'd have to see it sounds ricer kinda but then again i have two 12'neon tubes under my dash [&:] and a big spioler although its stock ( srt-4 )

 

please do not put the neon pedals in it. for they are gay. would like to see the neon backlit vents though. wouldnt put anymore neons in it like mentioned above. the only place i would put them now is under the car.

 

ricer has different meanings to different people if you dont consider it rice thats your opinion one persons
rice is another persons cool to each our own thats my 2 cents worth

 

To each there own, I've been called a ricer for having a stock SRT-4 with cuda stripes and taillights. But the typical discription of a ricer is highrevr's neon...although i think its cool.

Just do what you want with you car and don't worry about what people think.
