Default '95 Grand Cherokee 5.2 compatability

I have a '95 Grand Cherokee with a blown motor. I found a '93 Dodge Ram 318 Magnum, and was wondering if the motors are compatible. Both have multiport fuel injection, and are 318's (5.2). If I were to swap them out, and swap the intake from the Cherokee over to the new Ram motor, would the cylinder head bolts match up? What about the flywheel, torque convertor, transmission and motor mounts?

Basically I just want the lower end. If I have to swap the heads and intake, let me know. As long as it can all potentially fit, thats great.

Thanks guys!
