Default jeep starts then dies

my friends jeeps starts then dies. i had it at a dodge dealership and they said there is sometime wrong with the security system. they didnt know how to fix it. it allow drains the battery.

I had a similar problem in my 89 toyota. It turned out, after many different alternators, I had a short in my interior fuse box. I simple 20 minute fix caused me about 3 days of cussing and heartache.

check the alternator, voltage regulator or the battery....
