2.5L swap to a 2.2L

I just swaped a 2.2L into a car that used to be a 2.5L it's a 92 shadow. at the time I didn't realize it was a 2.2L (they look identical). My question is do I need to change the computer and/or throttle body? The car runs and drives not bad as is but it likes to idle at 2500-3000 rpm. Can the computer be flashed to except the 2.2L programming.

sorry for the late reply.. i'm new hear. it will work fine. I've done that swap (both ways) and never had any driveability issues.
