all i did for mu rims was scuff the chrome with 240grit sand paper, wipe down, rustolium grey primer from lowes, then rustolium flat black from lowes. thats it. pretty cheap all around. over time ill prolly have to rescuff and do it all over again ya know because its not professional grade but im sure ill last me about 6months to a year before the paint starts to wear.
