Yes use anti-seize and it's also a good idea to get a tube of dielectric grease and lube up the boots on the coil packs prior to pulging them back on.

Randall, I finally got the plugs ordered. Ordered a new K&N filter for my MP CAI - hope it fits. Do I use anti seize when installing the plugs, i.e., do we have aluminum heads? Stupid question - I should know the answer, but I'm drawing a blank.
