How to tell Stages

The stock turbo says td04lr. I am wondering if it is a stage 1 or 2 even. Can you look at your PCM and see if it has a stage 1 or 2 on it. It would be in front of your intake next to your radiator on the right hand side of the car as you are looking at it. Sorry to hear they lied to you about it being a stage 3.

Im going to take the flange off, and check it out tomorrow. And ill look at the pcm while im at it. I know it has a bigger intercooler, a greddy bov, and a few other things in it. Ill get some pictures. But either way.
i traded a 1995 Camaro. that had 25k in parts in it. It was a nice car, but a gas hog and stuff was always breaking. I traded even for this 2004 dodge neon srt-4.

just look at the sticker on your ECU. it says what stage the computer is. also check the color on your injector rings. if they have a blue ring, its S1, pink are S2 and S3
Before you go to all that trouble with your turbo, take a pic of your wastegate. the s3 has a different arm. post the pic.
Also the exhaust flange on a S3 turbo has a 5 bolt pattern as opposed to the stock turbo which has 4 bolts

Lucky enough for me it has the blue rings around the injectors. So its looking like i have the stage one kit. I love how people lie about stuff like that. And im a idiot for not doing my research before i traded for it.
But i still got a car 9 years newer, and with 130,000 less miles on the body.
