U110C wierd issue

U110C wierd issue
I have a issue with the U110C code. It came on about 3 weeks ago for the first time and it went off after I drove the car for a few miles, but when you check the engine with a OBDII it triggers the light again then it goes off after you drive it for a few miles Anybody know whats going on ie.. a short or somthing?? Please Help Thank You
