Thats a Staged "Toys" Kit. Did you buy the car used? It either has S2 w/toys or S3 w/toys. The 100+ is High octane mode, used when your running higher octane in the car. It changes the PCM to adapt to the higher octane levels. The other button is an intercooler sprayer kit. The knob 1/2/3 is Dial-A-Boost.

That's the Stage 2 or Stage 3 "Turbo Toys"

Blue button = Intercooler sprayer
Red button = High Octane (increases power if you're running 100+ oct fuel)
0-1-2-3 knob = Boost settings: 0=lowest boost, 1="like stock" boost, 2=increased boost in 3rd-5th (for street tires), 3=increased boost in all gears (for slicks)

Now the question is: does the car still have the rest of the Stage 2/3 upgrades?

Yeah, if you're not familiar with the upgrades, it's best to have someone who is look at the engine........

Easiest way would be to look at the Turbo and if the Cover says Mopar on it , it is a Stage 3 and if not it is a stage 2. Also you could look at the PCM which is located behind the driver side headlight, it should say what Stage it is

you could also look at the injectors. are the nozels for the i/c sprayer still there? posting up some pictures of the car (engine) would be helpful to see what mods are / may be there.

and if it still has the stock wga, the arm will be mostly smooth, with threading only at the end. i think the other wag is threaded further down???

Take a couple pictures of your engine bay, including the back of your PCM and a shot of your turbo/wastegate/manifold. That should help us a bit.
