P0300 & P0304 problems

P0300 & P0304 problems
So last month, a loud whistling noise came from my valve cover area. It persisted over 3 days. It then stopped after that and I suddenly got a p0304 code.
Fast forward 3 weeks later, the car threw a p0300 code along with the p0304 code. I changed all the spark plugs to NGK G-Power and gapped them at both .035 and .040(currently), bought a MasterPro coil-pack, and MasterPro spark plug wires. The problem didn't get fixed.
Now my car is running at 1,200 RPM and real rough. It also keeps the throttle open while driving (kinda like cruise control). I changed the TPS sensor and crank sensor a few years ago, so I'm not sure if they have already gone bad.
My only assumption is that it could be that I need a new Intake Manifold Gasket or a new injector? Any ideas??
