Default Hello from Milwaukee, but in CA!

Hello, i'm visiting my bro in CA his 77 Dodge rv is having trouble pass smog anyone familiar with the 360 motor? Here's a pic i'm trying to make sure we got the vacuum lines routed correctly, there was one port exposed.

I'm not even sure what engine this is I gotta go back and make sure but I think it's the 5.9L 360 motor but I think one of the vacuum diagrams under the hood was for a 440. I'm wondering if emissions and vacuum hose routing was the same for both engines anyways? We might have our mixed up coming out of the amplifier and from the carb I believe to the valve connected to it.

What vehicle is the rv based off of? Might post up in the appropriate tech section.
