I just purchased my first ever Mopar vehicle, a 2015 Dodge Charger SXT with the Rallye package, pitch black with black interior and love it!
A little background: I have owned Ford and Mazda products for most of my driving years but always loved Dodges. Back in the day I considered attending MoTech but didn't pursue it.
My first car was a 1955 Ford, and my husband and I owned a 1968 Ford Torino GT fastback, 1969 Mercury Cyclone GT fastback (blaze orange), a couple of early 1970s Ford Capris and a 1972 T-top Corvette.
He has since owned a detuned 1998 Corvette, a 1990s era Camaro Z-28, an X-type Jag, and currently has a 2004 Mini Cooper S.
In the last 20 years I have owned three Ford Probe GTS, a 2008 Mazda RX-8 GT, a 2010 and a 2013 Mazda 6 s GT, and now the Charger.
Our son currently owns a 2010 Mini Cooper S and has owned a couple of Chevy S-10s. His first car was a 1974 Karmann Ghia.
I work as a legal secretary for a boutique intellectual property law firm in the Silicon Valley but cars and driving are at the top of my list. When I was old enough to walk and talk, I knew the names of cars on the street and my mother had to look at the badging to confirm that I was correct.
I am a member of the Mazda 6 forums and RX-8 Club forums, and on ProbeTalk I am known as PT Mom. I look forward to enjoying these forums as well.
