You can call $70,000-$80,000 a good price all you want, but you could get an SRT-10 or Z06 for that. I'd much rather have one of those coupes. So yeah, price tag is retarded. I'm pretty sure you could grab an SRT-8 300C and spank the Caddy for less money overall after modding.

The CTS-V is a street legal racing version of the CTS, and will be priced around $51-55k. Now, I agree that its a bit pricey, but for a supercharged V8 pushing 550/550 out of the motor, you cant find that performance in its class for that price. Nothing Dodge/Chrysler has is in the same class. Sorry, but the 300C is not a luxury sedan.
Sure, you could grab an SRT-8 300C, but the amount of modding that would have to go into it would be substantial. We're talking about a 4dr sedan that could run almost the same times as a Viper in the 1/4 mile STOCK....
Remember, not everyone wants a coupe that feels like a coffin either.....and they are getting ready to release a coupe version of the CTS soon, possibly as early as late 2009...
