yeah ordering over the internet is tough sometimes. i ordered parts for
my mustang from canadian custom fiberglass who claimed that there is a
three day turnaround for parts delivery once they get a payment.
that was two christmas's ago. it sure has been a long three days.
lately i just ordered a flame window kit, that didnt work out so well
for me, but amazon.com is usually pretty trustworthy. i found only one
number, its to their copyright division, maybe they can give you the
number you need or direct you somewhere you can call, 1-206-266-4064

alot of internet sites never leave a cust. service #, they always
direct you to an email address. i had that same problem with a few
sites, you can never get that sense of intsant gratification of just
talking to an employee and feeeling like you got somewhere with your
problem, you gotta email and wait. i think ebay is like that.

I had a problem getting a CD on EBay, it took a month and a half to get it. It was worth the wait though, because the CD was OOP and it was brand new unopened.
I've also had problems with NFL Shop. I order 4 items and only received 2. I called them about it and they said it showed that all 4 items were shipped. It listed all 4 items on the invoice that came with the 2 that I got. They said they would reship the two missing items. A couple days later one of the missing items arrived and had no invoice, so I called them again to tell them I only received 1 of the 2 items and they told me the same thing as before. It showed both items shipped on their end, so they reshipped the 1 missing item. The very next day, the 2 missing items arrived with the invoice listing both items, this was the first reorder of the 2 missing items that had arrived. So now I had all the items and 1 extra with another 1 extra still coming. The last 1 reordered item arrives a few days later. Now I had 2 items too many. Needless to say I was pissed and had to go through the hassle of returning the 2 duplicate items. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0">
If you order anything from the NFL Shop, only order 1 item at a time or this could happen to you. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">
ive only had a few problems on ebay, all in all, i must have bought
around 75 things on ebay, and ive received every one. a few have
been real long waits, like 2 or 3 months. once i got a brand new and
painted front bumper mailed to me broken, and the guy took the return
but didnt pay for the shipping reimbursement which was 50 bucks. but
i'll still shop on ebay.
