You know I drove a Titan and really I can't say that it was a bad truck. It handled good, had good power, and was extremely well equipped at a lesser price than competitors. That isn't a bad deal. I would probably consider something like that if I could afford it at the moment.
I still can'tsee myselfowning a Japanese branded vehicle. Though the look of the Titan has grown on me a bit, and it's way better lookingthan it's Full-sized Japanese competitor; I still can't do it.
The Titan is built in the US is it not? I can handle the likes of Nissan or Mitsubishi but I am not a big fan of Toyota, Hyundai, or Honda. When it all comes down to it sometimes you just have to take the best deal that's out on the table and if you ask me that's a pretty damn good deal. Nissan has decent incentives on 2008.5 Titans. The Nissan dealer in Ames keeps calling trying to get me to buy the one I test drove, as much as I liked it there is no way I could afford the gas for one.
Sorry; Shibby927, but I said Japanese Branded vehicles! It doesn't matter if it's built here or not; I'm not buying one. It's still aJapanese owned company that makes them...I just can't do it. I don't care how cheap they are.
dakster the tundra is made right here in San antonio Texas.
My dodge was made in satillo mesko.
So basically youd rather support the Corp fat cats since they are americans and support the blue collar meskins instead of supporting Asian fat cats and support American blue collar workers. How patriotic of you.

If I was to get really technical I would have to point out that you technically are supporting the blue collar "meskins" yourself because you bought a Ram that was made in Mexico instead of a Nissan or Toyota made here in the US, yet you are criticizing dakster? How patriotic of you sir.
No I'd rather support the American brands that still have American factories with American Workers! Not all "AMERICAN" cars are made in Mexico. Chrysler, Ford and Chevy still have plants here. Oh and I would buy a German, Brit, Swede..etc car made here or there over a Japanese car made here!
