Default How to make pictures Mac-Friendly?

So, I have 4 PCs in my house, and as part of my business I make discs of pictures for people. I recently made a disc for someone, and she cant view it because she has a Mac. Is there a way that I can make a picture disc that she can view?

did you make it a data disc with just images on it? bc she should be able to view that just fine if you used a program to make a slideshow and burned that she prob needs the mac version of the program in order to view it, or you could burn the slideshow as a video and then she should be able to see it,

and if you could give a little more details about what you mean by "picture cd" it would help, and maybe what software you used to make it

^^^ what he said. I own a Macbook and can view/play anything from anywhere anytime. She shouldn't have a problem unless you burned the CD as a slideshow and that slideshow requires a piece of windoze software to play it.

What CD burning software did you use? Roxio, Nero, Windows own drag-n-drop software? What format are the pictures in? Jpeg, bitmap, etc?

I've never seen an invalid file error on my Mac before.

jpeg files...mostly 6mp files. i think that she was using the standard windows drag and drop. we opened the file on vista, dragged them over, and burned the disc. it worked for everyone else in that batch (around 15 other discs).

Hmm...I'm not sure then. See if you can get the exact error from the Mac.

that was my first idea, but shes a little girl who probably loves that the mac does all sorts of cutesy things like make movies of her and her little friends...

at pitt, the computer labs have a section of PCs and a section of Macs. during finals week, there is an hour wait to use the PCs, and no one at the Macs. When my printer died one year, i would email myself my reports to print out, and the pos macs wouldnt open them.
