Strangely (and honestly) my neck is stiff and very sore. I have never been the letigious sort, but if I am hurt, all I want is the car and medical stuff covered. I wouldn't feel right trying to milk the system. I guess that's why I'll always be poor, but sleep at night.

Ouch man that really sucks. The past 3 times I have driven down to Tucson I have been ran off the road twice by two different semi's not paying attention, nearly got t-boned from some stupid jackass flooring it through a red light, had the drivers side mirror ripped off front bumper dented and driverside head light smashed on my in laws car from a tire in the middle of the road that the dumbass in front of us was trying to hit (that scared the sh*t out of me because it hit the front light bounced up and smacked the windshield eye level to me and then slid off the side taking the mirror off, if it would have been a straight shot and just hit the windshield I have no doubt that it would have gone through it), almost got rear ended twice because I stop at traffic lights, and almost hit someone twice because they kept moving in and out of the lanes of traffic going from our lane to on coming traffic and back not letting anyone pass him and then slamming on his brakes without anyone infront of him. To say the least I hate driving down there. Anyways good luck to you, glad you and your wife are okay.

Thanks for the well wishes. It is official, the Cruiser is dead. Here are the pics. The Ram was hauled to another yard, but has been totalled. I have a torn muscle in the left side of my neck and so, it appears to be worse than the ER butcher said. I'll be seeing a specialist tomorrow. Come to find out, it's a Sierra Vista PD officers son. And mysteriously, nothing has been turned in, so I don't know who hit me or any insurance stuff and there's no ETA on when I can get the info. Even with 3 witnesses that I was going on green, I'm starting to get concerned-bad cops can lie and plant evidence better than anybody. I can't even get the names of witnesses.

The whole side of the car is 4" pushed in. The cars were packed in so I couldn't get better pics.
