I hate having change in my pockets so I normally put it in a cup on my dresser then when its full either bank it or buy more booze.
Same here, I tend to use my credit card for most things though so I can build up my reward dollars. I get a little under 3% of most transactions as reward dollars and if I wait to redeem them till I have $200 they send me a check for $250.

I usually shop early in the morning when stores have small amounts of change in their registers. Paying them off in exact change makes their day a little easier.
Also, several business here give 5%-10% off the prices to veterans...ya gotta show proof of service though, normally a "retired" military ID.

Ive got a thing that holds quarters, Dimes and Nickles, most i ever filled it to before cashing (for the first time) was $37.50 but it can hold at least a good amount over $50.00, ill see about getting a picture of it tomorrow
I put it in a cup, but I so rarely use cash that it takes forever to fill up. Whenever it gets full I take it to a coinstar machine and donate it to charity. Usually is between $50-100.
i put it in various containers around the house... when it starts adding up quite a bit, i either use it for parking (you ahve to pay everywhere here in Boulder) or take it to my bank which has a change counting machine that just goes straight into my account
it seems like everywhere takes plastic now so thats what i use for the vast majority of my transactions
I put my spare change in an empty one gallon jug that I got from a local MI brewery that I obviously emptied....LOL. I don't fill it up very fast because I rarely use cash.

Isn't that funny.... I just bought a glass jug today at the wine shop when we were picking up supplies for our meade...

That is EXACTLY what mine looks like. It has some printing on it from the brewery of course. I can get it refilled with beer, but I have 2 other empty ones at the moment so I figured why not use one for change. LOL.
