If they could put the V8 of the stang aty least it would be nice but the 500 still ugly, they should made the concept interceptor ill get some later
300 hp, not bad but ...
New York's finest got the chance to preview their future interceptors when Ford unveiled the Police Interceptor Concept. Based on the 2003 Crown Victoria, the Interceptor Concept features crush-resistant bumpers with reinforced steel push bars, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a 300-horsepower V-8 engine. Moreover, the front end features a one-of-a-kind push/pursuit beam made from reinforced polymer, stainless steel, and cast aluminum that can be used for assisting stranded vehicles or forcing a fleeing suspect's vehicle into a spin. High-tech gadgetry includes innovative search mirrors with integrated front-facing halogen searchlights combined with the side view mirrors; an Edge light bar complete with flashing halogen and strobe lights; an Accident Data Recorder 2 (ADR2) system jointly developed by Ford Racing Technology, Delphi Automotive Systems, and the Championship Auto Racing Team (CART); NightEye night-vision technology, which can be set up to record and automatically display the view on a standard police laptop; and interceptor-to-interceptor (I2I) communication technology, which enables officers to communicate with each other without using a central dispatching infrastructure.
More information : a 4.6l V8 pulling 300 hp and 300 torque, they says that the seatr are more comfrotable for cops LOL with a night vision technology, extra light on the tops, nice chrome grill up front ...
i was wondering how long it was going to be before this car became a cop car. as soon as it was released i knew it was going to become a cop cruiser, it just had that look....
The ford uses a three valve per cylinder head. That helps it breath better. I think Kenne Belle has a PCM for the 4.7L and yes it's at least that much money.
ive heard that some/all the ford 500's were AWD. its incredibly ugly but if they did put power (i V-6 wont cut it) w/ AWD then MAYBE they might have something, if they left it all black.

Why do you have to "put your two cents in" but it's only a "penny for your
thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going too ?
