So, did anyone watch Top Gear US tonight? Just got done with it... I was terribly sad that they wrecked the cars, especially that clean looking Aries. But hey, at least it beat the CRX and the Rabbit Truck.

I am a big Top Gear fan wish the US series was a bit better or they did there own things not just redoing old Uk episodes with other cars. Now saying that i will watch sunday and see what they do I am all aboutgiving them a chance.
Yeah, that Aries was in beautiful shape. What a waste. I owned 3 K Cars, my favorite being my 87 Le Baron GTS. They were inexpensive, but damned reliable, no matter what any supposed experts say. The 2.2L was adequate, but the 2.5L was fantastic. And the build quality of the GTS was better than the 90 Camry I bought after. I would still be driving my GTS, but a guy at the shop we worked at used my car for a fuel injection and catalytic cleaning demonstration and the cat got overheated and caught the interior on fire. Not the cars fault though, after I read the instructions from Ford, it said to drive the car for at least a half hour after the treatment to keep the cat from overheating. Damn, I miss that car.

Please tell me the K that was sacrificed was an 87 2 door!! If it was, mine just went up in value, 924 survivors out of 7715 built -1 = 923 left !! None the less it is a shame to see a cherry ride destroyed.
