Default Power chips

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton (1500) with the Air Intake, headers, Magnaflow exhaust and 1" throttle spacer. I want to put some kind of chip under the hood or onto the under dash plug in. Can anyone give me any direction as to which is the best. Looking for performance mostly. Like the idea of programmable.
