Poll: What is your favorite type of NASCAR racing currently?

So what is your favorite race of the season? Why is it your favorite? Also what do you think NASCAR should do to expand the different types of races? Such as more road courses, a dirt track, more super-speedways, more 1/2 mile tracks, inner city street course, or what?

I love the super speedways becasue they can open the cars up and drive fast and hard. But I'm also a big fan of the short track races.

 

I can't stand the Daytona and Talledega races anymore. MIS, PIR, CMS, TMS, etc are ok. But if have the time to even watch a race anymore, it's going to be a short track. It's still the most exciting racing there is, IMO.

My favorite races are the super-speedway events at Daytona and Talladega. Come on, 43 cars in one/two groups running 3 to 4 wide at 190mph, all within 3 seconds of eachother... covering the distance of a football field every two and half to three seconds.

NASCAR does have to change how many races they run at these "cookie cutter" tracks (2.0 mile ovals), there are too many 2-mile ovals. My favorite non-super-speedway races have to be Atlanta, Charlotte (Lowe's), and Texas.

I would like to see them run an inner city street course, or maybe build a dirt track and do mods to the cars to make them able to race on the dirt. Also would like to see another road course added to the lineup, like Road Atlanta or Laugna Seca!

Forgot they should have even MORE Saturday night racing... I love under the lights on a Saturday night rathier than Sunday afternoons.

I'll second that. I get off shift at 1400 hours and by the time I get home, the race is half over.....[:@]
