Default Water pump install problem

Replaced water pump on my dodge 1986 318 now I have a radiator hose leaking that's no trouble . But my water pump seems to be leaking at the gasket on the upper right I put sealer between the gasket and engine and the bolts are tight and ideas???

IMO, sounds like a "try again". You'll need to pull it off and look hard at the leak area. Check for housing cracks, porosity, flatness, bad gasket, inconsistent sealer application, correct bolt torque, etc., etc.

Sounds like you may need a new gasket and don't forget to put a nice bead of silicone all the way around it. I put the sealer between the gasket and the part not the other way around...

Got her fixed put a good bead of silicone on and let it cure two days it's good now thanks alot
