Check the dome light to see if it needs to be replaced. There's like three different types of dome bulbs in the Neons, for some reason, and certain ones...

The aftermarket mounts are rubber. Anchor themselves told me the factory mount isn't fluid filled, so their replacement isn't either. :rolleyes:

If the light comes back on, replace the sensor. You won't see the light again. Adding 1/2 qt. of oil didn't raise the pressure.

Me being me, I'd replace the oil pressure sensor and see if the light comes back on. The oil pressure sensors are a commonly replaced part on these cars. Stick with a Mopar unit, too.

The water is probably coming in through your taillights. The seals go bad. Your spare tire well will fill up and it will also run down the groove in the metal of the body into the passenger...

That's just what is listed in the Dodge parts manual; there is a part number for them. I don't have a bulb to look at either. At the same time, all LEDs are "clear" until they are on though.

How I outlined to check the transmission fluid is how Dodge says to do it, and most everyone else. If it's full when cold, it might be overfull as fluid expands when hot.
