Default Bogging

My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 is having a weird bogging issue. When I first start the truck it has absolutely no problem and is fine but after about 10-15 minutes when I step on the gas pedal a bit the rpms start to big and jump from 1000 to 2000 back and fourth but if I step on the pedal to the floor it takes a second but then stops it and will rev up but if I take my foot off and then step on the pedal a bit again it starts bogging again.

Disconnect the front O2 sensor, and go for a drive. Problem gone? Replace the sensor.

If unplugging the o2 sensor and it doesn't work what would be the next thing to try?

When's the last time the truck had a tune-up? Plugs/wires/cap/rotor?
