Default Blower motor for heat wont turn on at all

I'm trying to pinpoint the problem but before I go any farther I figured I'd ask first. I've changed the blower motor resistor, bench tested the blowerror motor it's self and wired a new plug that plugs into the resistor and still no fan speed what so ever when I'm turning the heat on in the truck. Any ideas? Thanks

Funny you should mention that...
I have a certain fuse in that little panel that doesn't like to stay in either. I had to give the prongs such-an-ever-so-slight bend.
