Some guys told me that it can be a Folded rocker arm or a bearing problem...

My oil is 5/20 mopar and i got 130.000 miles. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

I ´ve got effectivelly an exhaust leak but the sound it's a knock on the same engine speed.

I will see if exhaust dont knock on metal parts but i dont think so. If it was that issue, we wiould discover the knock just at beginning at the first video. On this video, the knocking comes after 20 sec.

Default yes it is exhaust

I had the exact same noise just like you have now.It was my passenger side exhaust manifold.I replaced it with new one from Orilleys + new gasket noise gone.

I'm curious if it's the oil you are using? only a 5w-20? What if you went with a thicker viscosity? Such as a 10w -30? I personally put Mobil1 10w30 in mine and I get that noise like you have a little, but it goes away after a minute or two. I also have 182k on her. I've owned my truck since it had about 27k on it, so it really sounds normal to me.

Hello. Why change the visocsity as the constructor says to use 5w/20 in my case? The previous viscosity was 10w/30 but the sound was already on it.

This 5w/20 viscosity is more fluid and i think it's better for cold start also. I can see if a bolt of exhaust manifold is broken. Stay tune.

It sounds like lifters. As the engine gets more miles and wear, it takes longer for the lifter cavity to fill with oil. Which is pretty normal as long as it goes away when the engine warms up.

Try this, If your oil level is normal, add half a quart of oil to bring it close to "Max Fill" line.
Now start it cold and let us know if it's still ticking.

On another note, I wouldn't recommend using 5W20 oil. The 5 with give you more liquid oil at low temperatures, yes, but the 20 means that at high temperature (operating) you will get less viscosity than with the 10W30 oil. Think about it, the engine does all the heavy work at operating temperature.

Cheers,

Cheers,

5W20 is the factory recommended oil for the 5.7 from 05 on. Was 5W30 03-04, but they wanted the same oil for all 5.7's across all platforms and the MDS version (which requires 5W20 for the lifters to work correctly) came out in 05 on the 300 & Magnum. To the OP, since you don't have MDS, you could very easily switch to 5W30 and it'll be just fine.

do i have to do change lifters? Can i drive like that? Thanks for advises

As long as the sounds goes away you should be fine. If it persists when engine is at operating temperature yo may have to have someone look at it.
