Yes, its the sway bar end link. Give 'em your truck info and parts stores should have it. Must have been cornering hard? That's what the sway bar is there to do: keep the truck planted in a turn. Came on HDs in the rear. All front ends have them. Technically, the sway bar is an "anti-sway bar" and those end links (what you broke) transfer the torque from axle to frame.
