Default no power to fuel pump 2004 RAM 1500

No power to fuel pump 2004 RAM 1500 5.7
List of what I have done so far: Used a jumper from battery to pump and verified pump runs... Checked and verified relays & fuses were good... Confirmed a ground... Performed continuity test on power wire to the fuel pump from fuse block all good... Replaced crankshaft sensor... I am now at a loss???

Does the pump cycle for a few seconds when you first turn the key to On? Do you even hear the relay click?

Have tested the relay & it is good. Pulled and replaced the relay with a jumper wire and the truck runs like a champ!

Is the PCM controlling the relay? Do you hear it click when you first turn the key on?

Swap the fuel pump relay, with another one. See if the truck runs.

There's nothing left except for FUSE 17 feed. Put your test light on 17. If it's dead then your IPM is shot. You can wire in an external relay circuit if that is the case. I've done them several times that way. If the relay is clicking then you obviously have PTC power and PCM control ground. If the fuel pump works when jumped, then the wiring from the IPM out is fine.
