As far as watching, any form of racing (car, truck, motorcycle, pretty much anything with some form of motorized vehicle), then a close call between football and hockey. As far as participation, the only sport I really play is backyard football.
I love the game of cricket for the following reasons:
It excites me in an otherwise mundane world.
Nail biting thrilling finishes keeps me glued to the action which is unheard of in day to day life.
At the same time it helps me to take the rough with the smooth and that way it is the ideal teacher.
The game unites the nation though we have difference of opinion even on frivolous issues.
In a tense world there is nothing more soothing than a well contested The increase in life expectancy means more time in front of the idiot box watching the fabulous princely game of cricket.
The urge to see more cricket matches should result in lesser suicides-so viewing cricket should be made compulsory.
Common interest in watching and admiring the game helps you build excellent contacts thereby helping you to surge ahead in life.
More exciting games mean less traffic on the road-is this not a great boon for guys who want to enjoy their time out in the sun.
It is endless but i feel i should not test your patience further.
